The narrative presents a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a secret sect.

The questline concentrates on "bizarre experiments and a fearsome foe" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The teaser features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras.
